Our Reconnect Process is changing…effective June 2, 2014
If you forget to pay your bill, here is what you need to know.
Effective, June 2, 2014, if service is interrupted due to nonpayment/returned items, services will be reconnected on the same day only for payments received before 10:00pm. Service will be reconnected the following business day, beginning at 8:00am for any payment received after 10:00pm.
Service charges for reconnection:
Monday-Friday before 6:00pm: $95.00
Monday-Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm: $115.00
