Learn About My Account

My Account offers an easy and convenient way to view your bill, pay your bill, view consumption history and manage your account.  This system will allow you to:

  • Initiate a one-time bank draft or sign up for Automatic Monthly Bank Draft
  • Initiate a credit / debit card payment (Western Union® Speedpay®)
  • Sign up for Recurring Credit Card Service (MasterCard, Discover and American Express only)
  • Sign up for Pay by Text Service
  • Add or Update your bank information
  • Update your contact information (ex. Mailing address, phone, email)
  • Review payment and billing information
  • Contract overview (ex. Meter reading results and history)
  • Sign up for e-Billing
  • Obtain a duplicate copy of  your bill (pdf format)
  • Request a move in, transfer and move out service
  • Donate to Project Share
  • Sign up for Roundup

Please read “How to Register for Online Access.”

You will need:

  • Customer Number, which will be available on your first bill
  • Customer name exactly how it appears on your bill (case sensitive)
  • You will be asked to provide a UserID of your choice, email address and security option
