On Tuesday, June 1, 2021, the hours of operation for our Residential Call Center will change.

Instead of operating from 7:00am to 7:00pm, the center will operate from 7:00am to 6:00pm. This change is due to a significant decrease in calls received after 6:00pm.

Customers can still check account status through the My Account feature of our website or through any of the Huntsville Utilities self-service kiosks (locations available on the website).

Please note: this change does not impact the service outage reporting number (256-53-LIGHT), which is available 24 hours a day.
