Huntsville Utilities in partnership with TVA offer an energy program to help Madison County builders develop a plan for energy efficiency before new home construction begins. energy right ® and Energy Star homes are computer rated and inspected. Comfort, value, and low utility costs go hand in hand; so consider an investment in an energy right ® or Energy Star certified home. Your new home should be built right, energy right ® .
