Electric Consumption shown on bill is 816.

816 x $0.07616 (current rate for first 1,400 kWh) = $62.15
Customer Charge = $5.77

Total Electric Bill = $67.92

Example (2):

Electric Consumption shown on bill is 4682.

1,400 x $0.07616 (rate for first 1,400 kWh) = $106.62
3,282 x $0.08417 (rate for over 1,400 kWh) = $276.25
Customer Charge = $5.77

Total Electric Bill = $388.64
