1. Account Number: A number assigned to you at a specific location for record keeping purposes.

2. Degree Days:The number of heating and cooling degree days during the billing period.

3. Read Date: The date your meters were read.

4. No. of Days: The number of days between the last reading and the present reading.

7. Used: The amount of service used. (Electricity - kilowatt hours, Natural Gas - add two zeroes for cubic feet, Water - add two zeroes for gallons).

8. Charges: The charges for service used. (Includes monthly availability charges.)

9. Penalty: A five percent (5%) penalty is added to your bill if it is not paid on or before the PAY GROSS AFTER date.

10. Pay Gross After: The final date bill can be paid without penalty.

11. Gross Pay: The total amount owed if not paid on or before the PAY GROSS AFTER date.

12. Net Pay: The total amount owed if paid on or before the PAY GROSS AFTER date.

13. Project Share: Contribution space.

Miscellaneous services such as Green Power and Round Up will appear as a separate item in the billing summary.
